The kitchen has basic essentials for two people, so unfortunately it is not ideal entertaining friends and family.

The Barn Annexe

A very light and airy lovely space - a new Simba standard double mattress which I believe is really comfortable. This is a peaceful location but very near to the Mall, the Wave and the Zoo and only 6 miles from town - a perfect nights sleep on a SIMBA mattress and supplied with large fluffy white towels and everything you need for a night away from home . We also have a new TV with iplayer and Netflix’s, new washing machine and a decent non stick frying pan.

Studio 28, a stylish, sunny, studio apartment

We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.

The loft style double bedroom is on the 2nd floor and equipped with super comfy feather and black king size bed. Perfect for individuals or couples exploring Bristol. There are coffee shops, bars, restaurants and a couple of supermarkets just at the end of the road. Parking is available our our drive.

Electric bikes and scooter are available to hire just across the street.
