Come and enjoy a local barcelona experience in our central apartment, we guarantee you a memorable stay in this wonderful Mediterranean city! We love making people feel at home. We will be there for you at any time of the stay, think us as your holiday concierge, on-call if you need a restaurant recommendation or to leave your bags for a few hours because your flight arrives or lives at weir time. We've got you cover! :) We are right in the heart of the chic L'Exaple distric, whose beautifully planned architecture is world famous. Just outside the old city, Dreta de L'Example's leafy boulevards are home to Gaudi stunners like Casa Battlo and Casa Mila (La Pedrera). Hight-end shopping on the ritzy Passeig de Gracia is just a few blocks away, with Plaza Catalunya and the famous Ramblas located less than 15 minutes walk from our building. The apartment is in a prime central location, where you can walk to most of the important points of Barcelona. Sagrada familia 15 minutes walk, as well as plaza Catalunya, Ramblas, and the old town distric. Passeig de Gracia famous avenue is just 5 minutes walk. The nearest metro stations, just 2 block away, are the L-4 Yellow Line, Girona stop, and the L-5 Blue Line, Verdaguer stop. The L-4 will take you to the beach, 3 stops away, while the L-5 will get you to Sants, the main Rail Station, 4 stops away. From the airport, a taxi will take 40 minutes and cost around 40€, or you can take the Airport Shuttle Bus ( 30/35 minutes and 5,50€) to Plaza Catalunya, which is a short-15 minute walk from our building. -City tax is not included on the price. You have to pay it cash or credit card at the check in: 2.48€/person/night. Kids under 12 years old do not pay. -Check-in time is at 15:00hs but we always try to adapt to our guests if we don't have another group of people checking-out the same day. One of us will be waiting for you in the flat at the time previously agreed to give you the keys and help you with anything you may need. There is no 24 hours reception so it's very important for us to know your exact arrival time and your flight number. There is an extra charge for late check-in: from 21:00hs to 23:00hs: 30€, after 23:00hs: 50€ to be paid when you arrive to the apartment. -Check-out time is at 11:00hs. Late check out has an additional cost. -Pets are not allowed, non smoking apartment. -No parties are allowed and please do not make unnecessary noise. -We ask our customers to blend in and behave normally and especially feel at home. -Licencia HUTB-009702

Loft independiente de 30 mtr2 dentro del espacio de mi casa, totalmente privado de nueva construcción con mucha luz natural gracias a sus 5 ventanas todas al exterior. La piscina es de uso privado del Loft y casa. Situado en zona residencial muy tranquila a 800 metros de la estación de tren de Barbera con la que llegas a Barcelona en 15 minutos y a 200 metros de la parada de autobús directo a Barcelona, a centro comercial y también autobús directo a la UAB. Situado a 7' en coche de la UAB.

Our cool and cozy two bedroom apartment has probably the best Mediterranean sea views in Cubelles. The space is perfect for a relaxing getaway, fitting up to 6 people comfortably. Just 45 mins away from Barcelona, it is located at the seafront in a quiet area and just a couple of meters away from restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Mi casa está a un paso de la playa, con todos los servicios (restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias, tren, autobús) a menos de 5 minutos a pie. Apartamento con aire acondicionado, WIFI, piscina y aparcamiento privado perfecto por su ubicación e iluminación. Perfecto en una zona tranquila y a 45 minutos del centro de Barcelona. Estación de tren a cinco minutos caminando y autobuses a diez minutos. Espero poder alojaros!!!Será un placer para mi.....Todo el mundo es bienvenido!!!

A 800m de la playa, del puerto de Segur de Calafell donde encontrará heladerias, bares, restaurantes, zonas infantiles, con actividades diarias para niños. Tasa turística no incluida.

Right in the centre of Sitges old town, 50 m from the beach, on the 3rd and top floor. The flat is tastefully decorated. There is a bedroom with a 160cm bed, open onto the living room (it can be closed with a curtain) and a small spare room with a single bed. There is a dishwasher and washing machine. The windows are double-glazed with electric shutters, there is air conditioning and a west-facing balcony for breakfast.
