The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, but you can access it with the elevator. Its has a bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with two single beds that are put together ( but can be separated if wished) a small but complete and functional kitchen. New!!! Ampio terrazzo con sole al pomeriggio, perfetto per pranzi all'aperto, con magnifica vista sulla baia. Accesso gratuito alla piscina condominiale. Vicino a supermercati, ristoranti e a tutti i servizi utili. Davanti al complesso c’è un parcheggio gratuito. Non adatto a utenti su sedia a rotelle in quanto sono presenti delle barriere architettoniche.
