In our comfortable guest house, everything is walking distance. The Old City and its crowded rush is just 5min walking from the apartment. The free parking spot is available upon request, otherwise it is just across the apartment, available for hourly, daily or weekly ticket. The peace and quiet and yet in the centre of Dubrovnik, will be more than you need. We created a little private spa on the terrace, with hot tub and sauna. Bakery, grocery shop and coffee bar are just below the guest house.

This newly renovated cozy studio is located in the very center of the city, 3 minutes away from the old town. Located in a very quiet and peaceful area it makes a perfect base for exploring the city within walking distance! Cable car, Old town, Banje beach, Lokrum island, supermarket, museums, bars, restaurants, clubs, everything is within 15 min walking. The space is complimented with a private balcony w sea view where you can enjoy your breakfasts or have a glass of wine in the evening.

Smještajna jedinica posjeduje veliki bračni krevet kao i jedan krevet samac,prostor za ručavanje, opremljena kuhinja, kupatilo i prostran kutak u dvoristu apartmana. Dostupan je wi fi, televizor, kablovska, mašina za pranje veša kao i besplatno parking mjesto. This charming room with furnished balcony is placed in the attic of the family house that consists of 5 guest rooms. There is a double bed for two in it and a sofa bed. The room is air conditioned and equipped with TV, a fridge, kettle and free Wi-Fi. It has its private well- equipped bathroom placed in the hallway (towels, shower gel, shampoo provided). From its private balcony you can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic vistas of Dubrovnik surroundings and the sea.

U blizini se nalaze trgovine (5min), plaže (10 min) i autobusna stanica (5 min) sa koje idete u Stari Grad. Luka Gruž je također blizu(10 min) iz koje redovno, brodicama, idete na jednodnevne izlete na obližnje otoke, Elafite, Mljet, Korčulu.... Dođite i uvjerite se i sami da smo mali ali posebni.
