Access to hot tub. Hosts occupy basement floor with a barrier between floors that may allow some sound to travel. Absolutely NO marijuana smoking on the property.

Beautiful country apartment located in a woodlot between Chatham and London. Apartment is detached from main house and has a spacious deck surrounding it overlooking the forest. It also has a small cabin for the second bedroom that is accessible from March to October. There is a large inground shared pool, outdoor sauna, yard and walking trails nearby for nature lovers. A private Lake Erie beachfront (shared only with the other 2 cottages on the property,) endless hiking trails, beautiful cliff bluffs and a winding creek that's perfect for a morning canoe ride through the forest. Converted riding arena is now home to 2 pickleball courts as well as ample room for activities!

Boater's paradise, free boat ramp 4 blocks away. Located 10 minutes from Willow Ridge Golf Club, Erieau, Rondeau Provincial Park. Quiet, peaceful camping atmosphere. Very long driveway. There is kayak rental place with in walking distance. Check in is 3pm & Checkout time is 11am. Minimum 3 night stay on holiday weekends. We allow 4 people maximum at all times, no kids under 12, no tents. No Wifi.
