This guesthouse is detached from the main house, comes with garage parking and has all the amenities you need including a wood-burning fire place! Towels, bath tissue, soaps & travel items. AC Window Unit. Kitchen includes pots/pans, dishes, mugs/glasses, coffee pot, toaster & microwave. Paper goods. New appliances/new water heater in 2020. Stairs to the apartment are on the northeast corner of the garage. The beach is steps away with a fire pit, boat house lounge, kayaks, beach toys & bicycles.

Enjoy the entire lower level of this lovingly restored two-family home. Close driving distance to other historic areas like Cedarburg.

This apartment is located in the heart of downtown Port Washington with easy access to adorable shops, delicious restaurants, and the beautiful lakefront. We are located 2 miles west of downtown Port which has many quaint shops, restaurants and a marina offering many opportunities for outdoor recreation and relaxation.

Come enjoy our upper 2-bedroom apartment in charming Port Washington filled with personal, welcoming touches. We live in a quiet neighborhood on Billy Goat Hill, which overlooks the downtown. The location is very walkable and close to fishing, swimming, boating, biking, shops, pubs, farmers' market, homemade ice cream , and historical sites of interest. We live downstairs and often will be here if you have any needs or concerns, but are very conscious of your desire for privacy.
