Drive past the host's house about 1500' down a maintained gravel road and you're there! You'll have your own campfire site complete with firewood and stumps to sit on or enjoy the covered pier over the pond...it has a fan to keep it breezy!

Our guest house is the perfect stay for a work or play getaway with a KING size temperpedic mattress, large walk in shower, mini fridge, and coffee station. We don’t mind if you want to bring your dog, there is an open field outside your private entrance they can use (Please let us know before, we have 2 of our own in a separate yard). We are located 1 minute away from The Ranch baseball fields, 15 minutes from Luminant power plant, and just 40 minutes to Bryan/College Station.

This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath 880 square foot home with a twin bed and couch to sleep on as well. It is a house inside of a shop so there is covered parking, places to cook outside, relax with awesome country views in the mornings and evenings. It is out in the country and on the same property as our house but peaceful it is. Sleeps four with room to run. Horses and cows are all around to look at as well.

This beautifully restored 2 bedroom home from the early 1900's has all of the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Conveniently located in downtown Franklin, with a coffee shop and donut shop both next door. Close proximity to the Franklin Ranch Park and the Franklin Drive Through Safari and walking distance to everything throughout downtown Franklin.
