Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

Second floor of recently-built garage apartment in a charming, peaceful Durham neighborhood. Twenty minutes to RDU Airport, five minutes to Duke's East Campus and ten minutes to West Campus, we are an easy walk to a range of locally-owned restaurants. Lovely, light-filled apartment has a bedroom, full kitchen and living area, bathroom, private entrance, and patio with seating. Occasionally, we may have first-floor space available at extra cost. This guest house is set on 20 acres of land that is bordered by Hyco Creek on the east and Caswell game land on the south. Great place for privacy and is a close get away for nature lovers, fishermen, hunters, or just a quiet place to escape the city! Direct access to Hyco Creek and the game land is available through the property - you could even kayak into Hyco lake if you wanted! Property has a secured gate for entrance and exit and property is located about 1/4 mile down an access road.

Scenic Semora Home

This older family home is located in Semora on our family's farm. The home is very secluded and private on a beautiful road. VIR (Virginia International Raceway) is only a 12 minute drive away. Hyco Lake is an 11 minute drive. This makes us perfectly situated between two popular vacation spots. We are about 12 minutes from Milton and 20 minutes from Yanceyville and Roxboro where you can find shopping and restaurants. **Please note this is a very rural home. We do not do long term renters.
