If you love a super clean rig, we invite you to get some alcohol and do the community a favor and clean one. Dab rig, pipes, papers, grinder, etc *** The space doesn’t have a consistent smell of cannabis. It’s aired out between every group of guests. * If visiting between Memorial Day and Labor Day - bring your swimsuit! The pool will be OPEN! Check in is at 2p, but is definitely flexible depending on your needs and the guests prior to you. You can at least drop your bags off if your travel plans have you arriving early in the day. Lauren is a very open-minded queer woman that wants you to have a great time in Denver. She can help you find what you want to do and where you should go to do it. You’ll be communicating with Lauren consistently. The condo is easy to find with lots of street parking. Please park on Arizona Ave. We’re close to the airport in terms of Denver standards -about 25 minutes. The bus system is relatively easy to use but gets limited late at night. You have to climb one flight of stairs to get to the condo. The second bed in one room is a queen sized air mattress. It’ll be blown up if there are three or more guests, and if you need it. Please let me know. Make yourself at home! Lauren is a sound healer and offers discounted treatments if you stay with us. Lauren’s work is to bring the body from a place of imbalance to a place of balance using the vibrations of ancient instruments. It's like a full cellular body massage! We don't have cable - We have internet, plenty of DVDs, a TV and connection for iPhone to connect your digital subscriptions for a fun entertainment center extraordinaire. If you bring a laptop or gaming system you can connect it via HDMI. There's a grocery and liquor store within walking distance if you have any needs that I don't have stocked. Feel free to do laundry with my personal machines and supplies.

Though the gentrification of 5 Points is well underway, it's residents are hoping to preserve it's diversity and sense of community. This part of Denver is growing and changing rapidly! There are tons of galleries, street art, breweries, restaurants and bars nearby. With this house as your home base, you’ll experience the best that Denver has to offer! In the heart of the city’s first neighborhood, Curtis Park, this two story 1886 carriage house was recently renovated from top to bottom and is very clean. Short walk to the best new bars, restaurants, breweries, & coffee shops. We take pride in hosting and strive to make your stay as comfy and convenient as possible.
Home has hardwood floors throughout. Enter the property using digital, keyless entry. There is a private, fenced in deck with a gas BBQ grill. First floor is an open floorpan with kitchen and living area. Kitchen features a gas stove, soft-close cabinet doors, stainless appliances, counters, and an island with barstools to seat four. Living area has a 40" smart tv, Marshall Bluetooth speaker, love seat, and three chairs. The washer and dryer are behind the sliding barn door. Upstairs features two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, dresser, and blackout blinds. The second bathroom has two twin beds and a closet and blackout blinds. Ecobee thermostat with Alexa speaker upstairs.
The Five Points and nearby RiNo areas are Denver's hottest spots and feature some of the best art, architecture, restaurants, bars, music venues, breweries, and coffee shops, all within walking distance. Curtis Park & pool are a few short blocks away as well. We are also a 1 0-15 minute walk to Coors Field and a short car ride / Uber to Union Station, Convention Center, Pepsi Center, and Mile High Stadium.

Apartment is a renovated basement in an 1890 Victorian home. It is approx. 850 square feet. Guests we'll have access to the entire apartment separate from the upstairs home and have an entrance to the unit in the back of the home. The upstairs home does not have access to the basement unit. There is a European style washer/dryer combination that is on wheels and attaches to the kitchen sink to use (instructions are in the unit). Someone must remain in the apt when in use, and since it is a full wash and dry system in one cycle, it does take approx. 1 1/2 to 2 hrs to complete. Please note you can sometimes hear water in the pipes. There is also a shared soft tub/hot tub for guest use.

You'll love our cozy 1940's era bungalow in Southeast Denver. Your space is an entire floor with a private entrance, one bedroom, a relaxing separate living room, and luxurious bathroom. We have easy access to public transportation, bike trails, and cute local restaurants and shops. We can't wait to share our favorite city with you!
Your space is the entire basement floor of our home, and is separate from our living area upstairs. Since this is our primary residence, you'll probably be able to hear us moving about upstairs, but we do our best not to be overly noisy. You'll have your own bedroom with a very comfy queen bed, living room, and bathroom for your stay; and while there isn't a full kitchen, we have provided a coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, and hot plate. There is also a fan and space heater for you to use. The space has a Roku tv that you can use to sign in to a variety of streaming services if you subscribe to them (Netflix, Hulu, etc). There are also several channel apps that you can access using your cable or satellite subscription. We do not provide cable or our personal logins for any of the services. We are pot friendly, but would ask that you smoke outdoors.
Our neighborhood is relatively quiet, but very close to some cute stretches of shops and restaurants. We are within a few miles of Old South Gaylord Street, Old South Pearl Street, and the lovely Washington Park. There is always plenty of street parking on our street, we only ask that you make sure not to block any of our neighbors' driveways. Since we live in a city, you also should pay attention to the street sweeping signs. The first week of the month during the months of April through November, the city does street sweeping in our neighborhood. If your stay coincides with one of these weeks, you could receive a ticket for parking on a street that has street sweeping on that day. Our street has street sweeping on the first Wednesday (on our side of the street) and first Tuesday (on the opposite side of the street) of the month. Please note that there will be some construction happening next door starting in October/November 2017 and continuing through the following year. They will only be doing work in the daytime, and we do not expect noise to be much of an issue since the space is garden level. You may find that you may not be able to park directly in front of the house, but there should still be ample parking on our block.

Private studio/loft 1 bedroom home in the Villa Park neighborhood adjacent to Downtown Denver. Perry Street Light Rail station is 2.5 blocks away. Less than 5 miles from either Union Station in the center of Denver or the Denver Federal Center in Lakewood, CO. Easily connect to I-70 for access to the mountains for skiing/hiking or just sightseeing. Feet away from running/bike trail that leads into Denver or minutes from Sloan’s Lake for running/biking/boating.
Bungalow B offers a private fenced in and landscaped outdoor area with seating. The interior offers: an open space with a well equipped kitchen, living room area; loft bedroom with a queen size bed is accessed by a small staircase; laundry is a combo washer/dryer. There is one bath with a shower (no tub). The living room sofa converts into a full size bed. Roku TV with Direct TV Now or stream from your phone or other media accounts. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. And everything is cleaned and laundered between guests. Parking is off-street in private driveway. Bungalow B is accessed via a rear alley that also opens onto Martinez Park and a running/bike trail that will lead you to downtown Denver. Bungalow B is one of two homes located on the same property that are totally separated from one another and each having its’ own fenced in outdoor and parking areas. Bungalow A, located in front of Bungalow B and accessed from the main street. I reside in Bungalow A. However, it is best to call or txt me if you have any questions or need a assistance during your stay.

End unit row home in Denver’s sought-after Baker neighborhood! Everything is walking distance: restaurants, bars, breweries, coffee, dispensaries, retail stores, dessert, and more. Your home away from home: fully stocked kitchen, cozy living room with a Roku TV and comfy couch, blackout shades on the largest window in the bedroom, and an incredibly comfortable bed you’re sure to catch a great nights sleep in. Parking is street only, but a small price to pay for such a fun area!
My home is just one block from South Broadway- close enough to walk everywhere but far enough removed to be away from the hectic hustle and bustle. Broadway Ave has restaurants, bars, breweries, retail stores, lunch spots, dispensaries, coffee shops, donut shops, ice cream places, beauty salons, and more. There’s new places opening all the time so always something new to discover! The home is 4/20 friendly but only outside- smoking is strongly prohibited inside the house but allowed on the patio in the back of the home off the bedroom. It is fenced in so legal to enjoy 4/20 activities there. Please note that this location is in an extremely sought after, walkable part of Denver that is quickly growing. This means great things like tons of activities, but also comes with the downside of difficult parking. There is only street parking, and parts of the street the home is on is permit only (please pay attention to the signs posted). Having said that, I’ve never had to park farther than 1 block away from the home and often not even that far. This is a small price to pay for such a fun area, but please keep this in mind. My home is pet friendly! This is on a case by case basis, and limited to one pet per stay since the home is not enormous. I don’t charge an additional fee- I want to make sure your furry friend can come with you whenever possible. Just give me a heads up when you plan to bring your 4 legged family member, and tell me a little bit about him/her! I do ask that your furry baby please stay off the human bed (doggy bed provided for you to make that a little easier!) and be crated when left alone in the home.
There is so much to love in the Baker neighborhood! Restaurants, coffee, ice cream, bars, and more all in walking distance. Please feel free to reach out if you need specific suggestion.

Located near Regis University, Tennyson Shopping District, Olde Towne Arvada, and Inspiration Point Park. Easy access to I-70 means just 25 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes to downtown Denver. We have an energetic 1.5 year old, you may hear some noises during the day, but night-time disturbances are few.
The BNB is on the lower level of our home. It's private, with its own entry through a key-coded door. The space features a large, open kitchen - dining - living room, a bathroom, and a large bedroom with a king size bed. The living room has a large couch and a queen size luxury air bed. The BnB is about 1000 square feet in all. Guests have access to the yard, patios, hot tub, and shade garden. Smoking is not allowed inside, but is always allowed outside.
Situated around Inspiration Point, the highest point in the city of Denver, the neighborhood offers something for everyone. Walking around the park is a great way to take in the views of the Rocky Mountians. Clear Creek bike path is just to the North, and connects to many major bike routes. Lakeside Amusement Park is open in the Summer providing exciting and inexpensive fun for kids and adults. Dining on Tennyson is wonderful, with great cuisine for any budget.

Cook breakfast on a gas stove and dine at a rustic harvest table while planning a day of shopping or nature exploration. Return home to a comfy couch in front of a fireplace, have nightcaps on a patio, or have a rejuvenating bath in a claw-foot tub.
Two bedroom one bath clean, restored historic home. The master bedroom has a king bed and the front bedroom has a double bed. Both beds have a quality mattress topper and 1,800 threadcount sheets. For families with children, we have a pack and play travel crib and toys in the mission cabinet in the living room. There is a booster seat (high chair) and a baby gate. There is also a 24-piece set of children's dinnerware, a step stool for tooth brushing or bed access, a baby monitor in case you'd like to step out back after putting the little one down, and child-safe outlet plugs if you'd like to use any. There is also a sandbox in the enclosed backyard the kids are welcome to play with. There is a 43" smart TV with Roku/Netflix in the master bedroom (wall mounted with cord channel) if you'd like to enjoy yourself in the later evenings, or let the kids relax after a hard morning of exploration. There is a changing table and linens for that. There are blackout shades installed and a new stainless steel Whirlpool dishwasher. Street parking is free but, if you arrive at night, you might have to park as much as a block away. It's a nice walk on that block though, and you probably won't have to drive often. You may pull up in front of the house to unload if there's nothing close, but please be mindful of the car doors and voices so as not to disturb the neighbors. Air conditioning is a powerful window unit in the main area (installed June-August, at a minimum), and there are lots of fans as well if you like air movement. Unfortunately, it's not possible to update to central due to the 1920 construction of the house. There is a 43" smart TV with Roku/Netflix wall-mounted in the master bedroom installed with cord channel so there are no loose wires.
The house is in Lower Highland—LoHi—a family-friendly, safe, and pleasant neighborhood. Great restaurants are within walking distance. The high-rise part of downtown is a half-hour walk. Platte River jogging and cycling trails are just down the hill.

Tucked back off the street in a peaceful garden courtyard, this 600 sq ft addition to the host's house was built in 2004 with an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, two exterior doors and a private patio. It's connected to the old house through a shared laundry room which is normally locked. You control your air temperature and quality. Open the windows for great cross ventilation, keep cool in summer with the super quiet mini-split air conditioner, and get toasty on a snowy night with the heated tile floor. There is no full-sized range, but you have a full refrigerator, kitchen sink, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster ovens, toaster, electric kettle, hot plates, electric griddle, electric skillet, blender, dining table, dishes+utensils, and a gas grill on your patio. You'll find countless restaurants and shops 1/2-4 miles from the place (most people prefer driving), and many of our favorites are in LoHi, which is a direct drive down Zuni Street, a mile away. Zuni Park, less than two blocks away, also offers one of the only unobstructed views of the city, and it has a fantastic playground for kids. The neighborhood itself is safe, and you’ll often see young people out walking their dogs and with babies/children. Remember that we are in the city, so we recommend locking car doors at night. The Hip Bungalow is also about a 25 minute drive from the airport with normal-light traffic. Lastly, while average properties in Chaffee Park sell for $400k-$650k, not all are as maintained as the Hip Bungalow; if this impedes five star expectations, we recommend booking elsewhere.

Awesome place to stay in the heart of RiNo! This is the part of the city that people travel to get to. RiNo is is a thriving urban area full of art and activity year-round. There are a dozen breweries, great bars, dispensaries, and trendy restaurants within walking distance. We are also across the street from a large, well-lit park that includes lots of mature trees and a tennis court. This home is perfect for a Denver getaway. Cook elaborate meals in our fully stocked kitchen or chop some wood and roast some s'mores in the fire pit on the patio of our private, lighted courtyard.
The River North Art District "where art is made" goes by the nickname of "RiNo" and has even adopted a rhino design for its official logo, so look for creative rhinos in art and signage all around the neighborhood! The district's interesting blend of urban charm and unique industrial revival makes it a great destination for visitors. Historic warehouses and factories now house jazz bars, restaurants, brewpubs, art galleries and working studios. RiNo boasts a diverse mix of creative businesses ranging from visual artists, designers and furniture makers, to craft distillers and brewers, winemakers, creators of unique outdoor gear and small-batch coffee roasters. The art definitely extends beyond gallery walls in this neighborhood, with its colorful and innovative street art murals in alleys and on buildings around almost every corner!

The whole house is updated with all new stainless steel appliances and also a washer and dryer in the unit. Bedroom one has a queen-size bed. Bedroom two has a bunk bed with 1 twin and 1 queen mattress. Extra queen size blow-up mattress upon request. Large island in the kitchen that seats 6. There is plenty of seating in the living room, a flat-screen TV, and access to cable & wifi.

This location is very walkable, with great things to explore and do at any time of day. ~~~~Food and Drink~~~~ RiNo is the biggest brewery district in Colorado, with 15+ breweries, distilleries, and winemakers within walking distance. Some of the best, Ratio Beerworks and Epic Brewing, are within a block. Great Divide Brewing, The Block Distillery, and Infinite Monkey Theorem Urban Winery are nearby. If full service bars or craft cocktails are more your style, Finn’s Manor, Bar Fausto, or RiNo Yacht Club are great options. If you are interested in local, unique drinking experiences, you’re in the right place! In the morning, some of Denver’s best coffee shops are right nearby. Crema is one of the neighborhood’s most established options, offering craft coffee, cold brew, and a kitchen. The Rolling Pin Bakeshop offers handmade pastries. Denver Central Market has coffee, as well as a full indoor market with restaurants, produce, ice cream, and a bakery. For casual dining, Park Burger, Biju’s Little Curry Shop, and dozens of food trucks are our favorite places to grab a bite. For something more elegant, Barcelona Wine Bar, Cart-Driver, or The Populist are great. ~~~~Music, Venues, and Clubs~~~~ RiNo offers many different ways to see a show. There are small venues throughout the neighborhood that host touring acts. The Walnut Room and Larimer Lounge are two intimate venues that have great acts. Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom is a larger venue just a few blocks away. Nocturne hosts jazz acts in a classy atmosphere with top notch food served while you listen. In the summer, events like Velorama, Jazz Fest, and Crush Walls close down a street and fill the area with stages and vendors. Major Denver venues like Red Rocks Amphitheater, the Pepsi Center, and the Ogden Theater are easily accessible by public transit, Lyft/Uber, or car. The area is also home to some great intimate venues. Larimer Lounge, The Meadowlark, and The Walnut Room host local and touring acts. Nocturne is a jazz club with excellent food and cocktails in a more sophisticated ambiance. Events like Velorama, CRUSH Walls, and the Five Points Jazz Fest are just a few events that fill the neighborhood with music and art. ~~~~City Access~~~~ RiNo is the closest neighborhood to downtown, making it an easy to moderate walk to most downtown destinations or a very brief bike or Lyft ride. Downtown begins about a half mile from the door, and Coors Field is about a mile from the property, as well as all the surrounding bars, clubs and restaurants in the LoDo section of downtown. The Convention Center is only 2 miles away, with a convenient bus route stop just a block away.
