A beautiful location with a beach, plenty of outdoor/indoor restaurants, cafés, shops, and cinemas. Great for even just taking a stroll around, people watching, taking in the sights and getting some fresh air. Also nice views of the Ain Dubai from here, the biggest Ferris Wheel in the world.

There's also an entertainment floor for kids and children with fair rides, games and arcade-style machines. And of course every kind of shop and store you can think of. You'll also see great views of the dubai fountain show from here and of course the Burj Khalifa, the worlds tallest building.

Always a great atmosphere, esp in the winter months and on weekends when there tends to be plenty of entertainment esp for families with children. Overall a great hangout area for a groups, couples, friends and solo-travellers.
