You can even get here in a kayak from the end of our street.

Bald Head Island is a fun daytrip. There are no cars allowed on the island so get on the ferry and rent a golf cart once you're over there. Tour the historic lighthouse and grab some lunch and explore the island.

This old fishing village is a quick drive from OKI. Explore the main street and the historic homes on the water and the old jailhouse and burial grounds. There are porch swings all along the waterfront to enjoy the view.
