The Lake House is 1800 sq. ft. of complete relaxation. Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets!

Escape to a cozy home on Sandy Pond. 1.5 miles from Sandy Island Beach State Park with many other nearby beaches on Lake Ontario. Nearby fishing, hiking & more. As a mom and grandma I realize traveling with a family can be a lot so I have equipped this home with activities, outdoor fun & all the amenities of home to make travel lighter. Goudy Pond is a 22 acre private lake fed by natural springs and surrounded by wilderness and acres of a wetlands teaming with wildlife. Kayaks, canoes, a paddle boat are provided.Enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing. No electricity, however there are flush toilets, hot shower, propane for lights and cooking.

Enjoy world class fishing in the pond, lake, and nearby Salmon River. Located on a NYS established snowmobile trail. Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet fee. The Groove A Frame is a cannabis friendly rental. Enjoy smoking cannabis anywhere indoor or outside, but NO INDOOR TOBACCO SMOKING!

Welcome to our cozy cottage! This beautiful home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Relax by the fireplace, read a book on the indoor hammock, or watch our smart tv. The bathroom has a large shower with many body sprays, very relaxing. Walk to Autumn Lake and use our boats, or head to Salmon River for exciting fishing just about 2mins away. Bring your ATV. In winter, we are on the C5 trail for snowmobiling. Come and get cozy in our lovely cottage!
