This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

This small space sleeps 2 on a small double fold up bed/sofa to utilise the space we have, the room has its own shower/toilet facilities in the corner of the room, tea/coffee, kettle, towels, shampoo. Lots of walks and close to Denver sluice, Denver windmill, pub, shop and Downham market’s amenities. Pet friendly, large garden shared with us. Access via the garden gate and key safe.

Ideal for couples, golfers, walkers, bird watchers, fishing or working in Kings Lynn. The single level accommodation has a fitted kitchen (with boiling and filtered drinking tap), bathroom with walk-in shower, large lounge with patio door and twin/super king beds. This fully refurbished self contained studio apartment has its own private entrance with off road private parking. Located central to town in a quite cul-de-sac. Downham Market has lots to offer visitors including many independent coffee shops, shops and restaurants also Wetherspoons (The Whalebone), Greggs and Subway all within a 5 minute walk. The town has market day every Friday & Saturday. We are also a 10 minute walk from the train station.

3 bedroom house, (2 king size & 1 single) with large open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. All bed linen provided. 1 bathroom with a 'L' shape bath with shower over, basin and toilet, & 1 bathroom with a shower cubicle, basin and toilet. Towels and hand soap included. Coffee, tea & milk for your first few cuppas. Two free carparks are within one minute walk. We can possibly cater for motorcycles and cycles in our gated courtyard behind.
