Comfortable, cozy home located in the heart of Sámara with refreshing salt water pool. Very well maintained with plenty of amenities. Your walk is only a few minutes to the beach, shops and restaurants. It’s secure, situated on a quiet residential street. The home is visited regularly by the owners who have an eye for detail and make sure it is kept in excellent shape. Please note: In case of short power outages, the internet and WiFi remain uninterrupted thanks to our power back up system.

This adorable little villa is perched on the edge of a tidal river full of nature! There are mangroves, kingfishers, basilisk lizards, howler monkeys, armadillos and more. This special place is close to everything in Samara. It is only a 3 minute walk from the beach or the center of town. Disfrutara de un ambiente familiar caracterizado por la buena atencion y pronta ayuda en lo que sea necesario. The warm and welcoming atmosphere of the studio with its unique location will get you in the Costa Rican "Pura Vida" mode very easily. The mango tree in our garden attracts the monkeys, so often wildlife can be seen. The only thing between you and the Pacific is a path full of coconut and mango trees.
