Bald eagles and ospreys are spotted nearly every visit. This cabin is the perfect place to rest and relax after a day of fishing, duck hunting, or hiking. Located less than a mile from boat ramps, restaurants,and gas station in Samburg. It features two bedrooms each with a queen bed, kitchen, and living room. Free Wi-Fi.

This rustic lakeside home boasts 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms, and an upstairs bonus room. Country living now with high speed fiber internet! An ideal base to explore Martin, just 3.5 miles from city limits of Martin. To relax, try the surround jets in the master shower! Visit and grill out back. Note: We only own the house and part of backyard. We do not own the lake, the land around the lake, or the shop behind the house. Fishing and recreation are not allowed on the lake at this time.

Rosie's has 1 full bathroom, but an additional spacious dressing room with lots of mirrors and more. Rosie's has a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a grill, large fire pit, and plenty of comfy Adirondack chairs for hanging out!

We are located just a 1/4 mile from UTM's campus on 26 private acres. We love our campus here and have great relationships with many of the programs there!
