Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 1-5 άτομα καθώς διαθέτει ένα διπλό , ένα μονό κρεβάτι και έναν καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. Έχει προσβασιμότητα από δρόμο με άσφαλτο και δυνατότητα πάρκινγκ στα όρια του οικοπέδου. Επιτρέπονται κατοικίδια και είναι ιδανικό για εξορμήσεις στη φύση.
