Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

The New Forest is a 10 minute drive providing wonderful walks and cycle routes. A 20 minute drive to our Blue Flagged Beaches.

The Farmhouse is set in its own secure and quiet private grounds of landscaped gardens. We are very happy to have guests host family gatherings and milestone celebrations at the property exceeding the eight guests who are staying at the Farmhouse, whilst respecting our house rules.

We are located approx. 25 minutes from Salisbury, 30 minutes to Bournemouth/Poole and 10 minutes to the New Forest. The Lodge is newly refurbished with all the facilities you should require during your stay with us. It is set within a pretty garden with windows overlooking garden/fields making a peaceful and romantic setting for anyone. You have a lovely ensuite bedroom with a small kitchen. There are numerous pubs in the area which offer good evening meals.

With 219 square miles of National Park a 2 minute drive away, for walking and cycling The Old Boat Shed is in a truly unique location for nature lovers seeking serenity and adventure amidst Hampshire's lush landscapes. Situated on the River Avon, we have otters, king fishers and huge numbers of birds resident on the river.

The town offers pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and independent shops. Fordingbridge is a five minute drive from the New Forest, a 10 minute drive from the New forest Water Park. It is well placed to visit Salisbury and Bournemouth.
