Sitting on Bear Creek which is spring fed and a kayak is available to explore the creek for a small fee. Fire pit and Weber grill help round out your evenings pleasures. Our newly remodeled century farmhouse is conveniently located just 1 mile outside Appleton City. You can experience the country but are still close to town. We have bedrooms upstairs so the kids can have their own space. We have basketball and other outdoor sports for kids. Wifi is available. We are close to the ballfield, tennis court and swimming pool. There is plenty of parking space. We also have a small firepit available. Plenty of room to sit and relax outside and enjoy the country.

Also nearby are the Sac and Osage Rivers, that are great for fishing with the latter being known for snagging Spoonbill/Paddlefish. Located between El Dorado Springs and Osceola.

Just five miles from town, right off the blacktop, and three miles from Interstate 49. The top level is a 1900 farmhouse that has been renovated and could have another group staying in it. The walk-out basement is two years old and ready for you to have a relaxing, memorable get-away.
