Renovated in 2022, this property has been part of our family for the last 200 years. We are excited to welcome you to our personal heritage and to the heritage of Assam. You can leave the traffic behind and expect to wake up to bird song. We hope you will enjoy having a cup of tea in the fresh air, taking in the sights and sounds of Sibsagar.

By booking the entire ground floor you will have access to: 1. One Deluxe Room: A spacious and well-furnished room. 2. One Standard Room: A cozy and comfortable space ideal for relaxation. 3. One Non-AC Room: A budget-friendly option. The bath is not attached to the room. However, it is just down the hall. Guests will also enjoy exclusive access to the Kitchen which will charged 500 bucks. It can accommodate unto 7 people max.
