Great local restaurants and bars nearby and within a short drive.

Some of the oldest dance halls in the state are just minutes away. The owners do live on the property and are there if needed. We are close to the Guadalupe River, Guadalupe State Park, Natural Bridge Caverns, Schlitterbahn, Fiesta Texas and Fredericksburg is about 45 minutes away. Plenty of parking and a fenced back yard. 2 pets max.
