Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in a subdivision that is a short distance from I-220. Near restaurants and shopping, but with a back patio area that makes you feel like you’re staying in a rural area on a series of ponds. The home has a backup generator so you never have to worry about power going out during your stay. One of the bedrooms was converted into an office/work space, but also has a couch for a child or teen that needs a place to sleep. No parties!

The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. This is a great place for a family or several couples that just want to get away from the stress of everyday life.

The Rafters

Experience a little country in the city. Originally a family owned feed store, The Rafters has exposed hand built rough cut rafters in the ceiling, original wood floors and a tin roof. Horses, chickens and other farm animals are on the property as well. Southern Arkansas University (SAU) is five minutes away. The historic square which is home to the annual Magnolia Blossom Festival World Championship Steak Cook Off and local shops and restaurants are just a three minute walk.
