Spacious ground level apartment located less than a half mile from the sugary white sands of Honor Walk Park at Beacon Hill. This part of the beach is perfect with its public boardwalk access to a wide-open area that has a private feel. A short stroll to the access, or drive and park right next to it. The Park includes pickleball courts, a playground, covered picnic tables, and an amazing Veteran’s monument. Minutes from a variety of restaurants and shops in Mexico Beach and PSJ.

Beautiful newer home with high end finishes and located under a block to the beach with super easy access. Fenced in back yard. This master suite on main plan features a covered front porch with cozy bed swing and fenced-in backyard. Kitchen has pretty Quartz counters, stainless appliances with a quiet dishwasher and all the amenities. Beautiful dining area. The master has a king bed and television. Upstairs there are two queen sized bedrooms plus a bunk room. 2.5 bathrooms.

The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!

Attached to a seldom-used two-car garage, it is super quiet, completely private, and very clean. Your hosts are a retired couple who live on-site in a detached residence. English and German spoken. Pets (one dog only) welcome with prior coordination. Late check in is NOT available; we will meet you at the door.
