Renovated cozy, comfortable, well appointed third floor walk up studio (no elevator) in gated Pebble Beach Community. Studio is walking distance to the beach and overlooks the courtyard. Along with enjoying the beach, remember to also take advantage of the community amenities. The community has two outdoor pools and one heated indoor pool, tennis courts and a fitness center. There are several adorable boutiques, restaurants, and Publix is located within a mile. Please note * 3rd floor walk up*

We have a brand new pool built in 2020. 400 MBPS WIFI to stay fully connected. Coastal bike path for refreshing jogging, bike riding, or walking. Amazing restaurants are a short drive away. This cozy cottage with amazing reading retreat is perfect for the adventurer at heart. Waterfront with 2 kayaks and a small boat with oars (trolling motor and battery for rent). 3 miles to the Beach. Fish for flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The View is amazing! Steps from the water. The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.

This was my tiny space that I decided to keep adding on to. Started as a tiny house but has grown a little bigger. It is 19 mins from Atlantic Beach and is about 7 mins from Walmart and other shopping centers. Bedroom tv has roku device while living room has Spectrum cable and also Roku on the tv. 2 living room chairs and 1 Twin Xl adjustable bed and 1 Twin bed in bedroom. Guest can use one side of the Driveway. Bedroom also has a small closet. House is beside our main residence.
