We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. Take a break from the city and unwind at this peaceful cottage in the country (located one hour west of Indy). Spend some time relaxing in a hammock, reading a book on the porch, playing yard games, or roasting marshmallows by the fire. Streaming tv, wifi, and workspace provided. Note: Access to Heritage Lake and amenities not included with stay. The neighborhood HOA now requires minimum stay of 90 days.

You may not even know you're in the middle of town. You may see deer and other animals roaming around the neighborhood. Captain Bill’s Lake House. This majestic A-frame is at the entrance to the Cataract Lake boat ramp. The house will accommodate up to 7 guests, with three bedrooms and two full baths. All guests have full access to Captain Bill’s shared heated pool and surrounding gardens. Boat parking is provided on the property, inquire for details. Heated pool is seasonal beginning Mid May through September.
