Welcome to the Historic Morgue! An eerie ambience greets you upon arrival..the history runs deep for this building. This antique, nationally recognized, historic building offers antique decor with a modern twist! Morgue decor throughout, rightly so..paying homage to its dark history. This is a loft setting offering a king bed, full size bed, twin and an antique settee(possibly suited for a small child). A large kitchen with small breakfast seating as well as a large table! And that bathroom!

Come enjoy a peaceful stay in our unique country home, located on our goat cheese dairy in the Missouri Ozarks. Visit with the goats, soak in the hot tub, walk down by the creek, sip your coffee on the gazebo by the pond or the deck, stream a movie on WIFI, get some work done in a calm environment, do it all, or just get a good night's sleep! Our 45 acre farm is only 3 miles from Fordland and 25 miles from Springfield, MO. There are many hiking trails, creeks, rivers and lakes in the area.

Walnut Grove Cabin

A newly built "tiny cabin" on 125 acres of Ozark fields and forest. Designed for those who want to sample a simpler life. Hike in our woods, ride bicycles, view wildlife, enjoy a bonfire and star gazing, or relax on the porch or in a hammock. The cabin is equipped with everything you need for your cabin experience, including a cooking supplies, linens, bath house and composting toilet. The cabin was originally built to be off-the grid, but now has electric, heat, ac, and a wood stove!

Our wonderful home features vintage interiors, rugs and art. It has no extra cleaning fees for up to two people. The home can accommodate 7 people. One and a half bathrooms. The Wolf Cub is one of three cabins located near Pomme de Terre Lake. Reserve this one bedroom cabin for romantic getaway or all three for a group or family gathering. This Cabin has a beautiful fireplace inside and hot tub located in the gazebo off the back deck. Enjoy the hammock and fire pit in the back as well. This cabin is located with in walking distance to the lake where you can put your boat in, swim or fish. Sleeps up to four, full kitchen towels and gas/charcoal grill.
