Despite the tranquil setting, you’re just minutes from Downtown Parker, with its great restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and local shops. You’ll also be a short drive from Sky Ridge Hospital and have quick access to I‑25, making it easy to reach Denver, Castle Rock, and the mountains.

This 2 BR luxury suite is located in a $1.5M home on the lower level with a private entrance, patio, large deck, and ample parking. This is a large private unit (~1500 sq. ft.) located on 2 acres in a rural setting, but minutes to restaurants and I-25 & Lincoln Ave. There is a private pickleball court on the property available upon request. We frequently host guests visiting Denver, Colorado Springs, and the acclaimed IVF facility in nearby Lone Tree. Guests find this a very desirable property.

You’ll be a 5 minute drive from quaint downtown Parker with unique shops and restaurants to explore, the 40 mile Cherry Creek Bike Trail and nearby Castlewood Canyon State Park.

You’ll enjoy a large private bathroom with shower, jetted tub, fireplace and heated tile floor. Large closet for those longer stays. We are close to downtown Parker for those that like a good walk. You’ll have the downstairs patio/deck furniture and bbq to yourself.
