Slad - lovely rural views

We have lived in Slad since 1985, it is a beautiful place to visit at any time of the year - our guests can explore the lovely valley and surrounding countryside; we're two miles from Stroud. Cheltenham, Gloucester and the Cotswolds are within easy reach. We have really enjoyed being Airbnb hosts for over 5 years ; we have two rooms available with double beds (but also suitable for single visitors). We have a lovely, lively collie Zelda, so are now getting lots of Slad walks ourselves too!

In addition to your bedroom and bathroom you can enjoy your own sitting room with large Smart TV and separate breakfast/garden room in this comfortable and cosy Cotswold cottage. This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and outside seating. Large hot tub with a beautiful view available for an additional charge. Substantial breakfast pack provided. With a village pub close by what’s not to love?

Fabulous spot in Ironbridge

Set in a quiet position in Ironbridge, our cosy 1860s house offers you a comfortable room and a beautiful garden. It’s within easy walking distance of local restaurants and museum sites. The historic village of Ironbridge is set in a steep sided gorge with narrow roads. We are situated at the top. It is a 12 minute drive to Telford town centre, conference venues and train station. Close to the National Cycle Routes we offer a 10% discount for guests arrive by bike or public transport.

Broadway is about 3 miles away with the famous Lygon Arms. Stratford-upon-Avon is the regions cultural centre with it's theatre and Shakespearian heritage and Cheltenham is approximately 11 miles away with excellent shops, many wonderful restaurants and famous racecourse.

Within walking distance of Warwick House Wedding Venue and the shops, bars & restaurants of Southam with easy access to Dallas Burston Polo Ground, Leamington Spa, Jaguar Land Rover, Warwick, Rugby, Daventry and Banbury. In beautiful countryside with easy access to main travel routes. I have a double room with a luxury bathroom ideal for couples or sole Mon - Thurs business travellers. We live here with 2 friendly cats.

The Stables self-contained barn in a village

Self-contained one bedroomed (with king size bed) detached converted barn. The Stables is on the edge of the village of Hellidon in a countryside location in rural Northamptonshire close to the Warwickshire and Oxfordshire border. There are fabulous views from the property. There is private parking. The Stables is a separate annex to our home. You will have your own area of the garden adjacent to the Stables.
