Location, location, location! The Hidden Pearl is a restored 1910 cottage; said to have been part of the old Ft Screven army base on the north side of the island. The "Pearl" is a small (756sf) cottage now located in the (commercial district) heart of Tybee's South (main) beach. Cottage is "beach vibe" decor & cozy. Cottage accommodates two 25+ year adults only, no visitors or pets (owner has severe allergy to dogs). No golf carts, parking for 1 vehicle unless prior arrangements made. ID required after booking. 14 stairs lead up to cottage, no elevator.
