The apartment also has one parking space in front of the building. It is located in a newly built neighborhood, in a dead-end street, away from crowds and traffic. The distance from the first beaches is about 600 m.

Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. It can accommodate 5-6 people. The holiday home has a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two terraces. There is also an outdoor grill. It is fully air-conditioned, each room has its own air conditioning and heating. Pets are welcome.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Our property, Patrician's House, built in stone at the end of the 17th century. Originally Patrician's House. The house is full of historical features. It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.
