The Little Lodge is located on a 7 acre gated estate in a wooded bedroom community south of the Village of Folsom. The lodge is on the property beside the main house facing an one acre horse paddock and overlooking a 3 acre pond, dock and gazebo. We are horse friendly. Attractions nearby include; Global Wildlife Center, an Alligator farm, the Bogue Chitto State Park, old town of Covington with antique shops, art galleries, and fine dining. We are only 45 miles from Downtown New Orleans. l

The boat ride from one side of the canal to the other is no more than 20 seconds.***** This Modern getaway is located In Manchac, LA and is very close to some very popular spots local spots. The main one is the Famous Sun Buns Bar and Grill that is located right next door. You can literally walk out the camps front door and walk there since the dock is attached to Sun Buns and our other camps.

Inland Deluxe Cottage 2 Bedroom

This inland deluxe cottage provides 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. There is a full bed in the primary bedroom, bunk beds in the second bedroom, and sleeper sofa in the living room. It comes furnished and includes a private bathroom with a full shower and commode, heat and A/C, and WiFi access, plus a kitchen with a full refrigerator and range. Please bring towels, blankets, pillows, linens, grilling utensils, and personal items.

Featuring a King Bed in The Master and Two Queen Beds in the 2nd Bedroom. This vacation rental features over 975 sqft of living with front porch over looking a 6 acre lake. This Cabin is on 40 acres with three other STR's. The Pool, Lake, Sand Volleyball and Park are shared with all other STR guest.

Peaceful water living. Quiet and away from city noises yet within minutes to local restaurants and shopping. Water views from back deck, that connects to Lake Ponchartrain and the Tchefuncte River. Lots of wildlife. This is water living, you will be sharing your outdoor space with mosquitos, spiders, and other bugs depending on the season. In the water you will most likely see the local alligator, lots of birds, and fish.
