Tæt på naturen, stranden og skamlingsbanken. Med kun 10 min kørsel til Kolding centrum. Nemt til og fra motorvejen, ca 10 km. Mulighed for at opleve Kolding og den skønne natur med gå og vandreture omkring Skamlingsbanken. En tur til Hejlsminde kan også anbefales. Gode cykelstier lige ude for døren, som går hele vejen til Kolding.

Her kan du nyde fred og ro i et lille hyggeligt sommerhus nær skov og strand. Der er gode muligheder for at bade ved stranden eller gå tur i den nærliggende skov. Du kan desuden gå til det naturskønne og historiske Skamlingsbanken for at nyde udsigten eller besøge det lille fine oplevelsescenter, som beskriver de historiske begivenheder i området. Huset er funktionelt og hyggeligt med en centralt placeret brændeovn indenfor og en dejlig privat have udenfor. Fra stuen er der udsigt over havet.

The apartment is fully furnished. Two bedrooms, spacious bathroom and a integrated kitchen/ living room. We live in the ground floor and are reachable at any time. City center is a ten minutes bike ride away.

No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. Luxury home in rural surroundings

This amazing place has been completely renovated in New Yorker style. In the home, there is also a large screen in the living room (projector that runs on Chromecast) and a bathtub on the 1st floor. There is also a nice large terrace and an even bigger garden. There is 3 km to the nearest beach and 7 km to the city center of Kolding.

Downtown Kolding, 3 min walk to central bus terminal and train station. 5 min walk to forest and Koldingslot and the lake 1 bedroom, a living room and big balcony with very good open view. The whole apartment is rent for single use, so you are NOT sharing any facilities with other people :)

Sea view, beach and near LEGOLAND

This 1. Floor apartment is renovated in 2020 and there are 2 sleeping rooms and a loft with a big window and mattresses, where the kids love to stay. There is a lovely view to the sea which is only 75 meter away and LEGOLAND is under an hour away. The beach is very child friendly.
