Hi, first of all these are cob houses all made by clay in the traditional stone masonery methods of ancient mediterranean. We're leading a self sustainable life 'as much as we can' so our electricity is coming from solar energy panels which are enough to run a small fridge, laptops, lights and phone charges. Wood fire water heater in the bathroom. We wanted to be far from the crowd so we re a bit not so easy to get at. So its best if you have a 4x4 or u can walk a path uphill for 15 minutes.

From the spacious terrace you can relax enjoying the beautiful sunset. Grocery stores, restaurants and bars, as well as the famous volcanic beach of Chochlakia is less than 2 minutes walk from home.

Dünyadan uzak, Derya’ya yakın köy evinden hallice içi dışı taş doğa ile iç içe, bahçesinde asırlık zeytin ağaçları olan bir yer. Büyük şehir, tatil köyü yada otel konforu arayanların mutlu olacağı bir yer değil daha çok kafa dinleme ve dinginlik isteyenlerin çok mutlu olacaklarına inanıyorum. Örümcek, karınca vs korkusu olanlarda gelmesin çünkü biz onların yerlerini işgal ettiklerimizi bilsin. Not: malum ülkemizin koşullarında artık kış sezonunda odunu malesef ücretili yaptık.

The house is just three minutes from the center and the harbor and ten minutes from the beautiful beach Ftenagia. Additionally, the villa has the exclusive use of the big frontside "veranda".

This is a beautiful brand new 50m2 studio apartment overlooking the kamari bay and Dikaios mountain of Kefalos village. The rooms are decorated with ethnic objects from my travels around the world. The apartment would be suitable for couples or single occupancy only. Unfortunately no kids or pets are allowed.
