Close to Zion Park, our GUEST'S REVIEWS tell our story best. We have a beautiful 1,250 sq foot suite that features a PRIVATE HOT TUB as well as a private entrance, patio & lawn area with waterfall. This space is a walkout basement of our home & has a keyless entry, 2 bedrooms, each with a 55 inch TV, kitchenette, sitting area with a 65 inch TV, large washer and dryer & a 2 room bathroom. Outside is gas fire pit & Blackstone grill. It is designed for up to 4 persons. Sorry, no smoking or pets.

A private room with double french doors onto a balcony that overlooks the Virgin river from the hot tub! 20 mins from Zion and close to St George area. Great for solo, friends or couples. Bed is comfy and has an en-suite private bath. Hot tub is shared with other guests and shares a wall with the host living space.

Real talk — pick this house. It's GORGEOUS and COMFORTABLE. I'm an ICU nurse by day and contractor by night and have spent the past 9 months remodeling it to perfection. Sofa bed that is actually comfortable (or so we have been told) and extra air mattresses for large groups!
