Our guests all say what a great base this is for exploring North Wales. Guests comment on how at home and relaxed they feel in our comfy, well equipped and warm holiday cottage. We welcome well behaved pets and many of our visitors are dog owners who appreciate our enclosed back garden and the local walks. We are in a quiet country spot with a fantastic view but near a local shop and only 10 minutes away from the coast and the A55, the main route to all the many, many attractions you'll find.

Get away from the everyday with a break in the mountains of Wales. This private, detached barn conversion has it's own terrace, a wonderful open plan kitchen living room and a glamorous and romantic bedroom with an ensuite. Step outside and there are over 25 miles of forestry track starting from the front door and the 4.5 mile long Alwen Reservoir just 5 minutes walk away. Pen-y-Bryn (top of the hill in Welsh) Cottage is about a mile above the village of St. George. Bursting with character, it's log burner, exposed beams, shuttered windows and enclosed garden make it the perfect country retreat.

The Studio may seem remote, however, I think it is in the middle of everywhere. We are not far from the coast, close to the Denbigh Moors and the Vale of Clwyd and about 30 mins drive to the Snowdonia National Park.
