“Low Tide” studio *no cleaning fee!

This unique place has a style all its own. It’s an open concept studio for two on the “quietside” of Mount Desert Island. This cozy, newly constructed nook is the perfect place to rest your head after exploring all our island has to offer! Note, there is no oven or cooktop. Your kitchenette will provide a sink, refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Your studio is the downstairs to the owners apartment, both with their own entrance and shares a driveway with my other rental.

Bar Harbor Condos - Apt C

Our condominium was built in 2020 and are located in downtown Bar Harbor. The condos are impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with brand new furnishings. There is one off street parking space allotted which is rare in downtown Bar Harbor. There is a shared laundry room and excellent wifi also. Please consider getting travel insurance when making your reservation, this is a small property, and how we make our living, Airbnb does offer it and unfortunately situations do come up.

Oddfellows Hall-Second Floor

Once home to the Order of the Odfellows in the late 1800's this recently renovated luxurious loft apartment over looks Center Harbor in the quaint town of Brooklin. The large room measures 40’ by 50’ with 11’ ceilings and is an extraordinary family retreat. The dining table seats 12, and a kitchen is full stocked with a vintage gas stove. While the property is secluded and private, we do have our own private wooded trail that drops right into town, where you can enjoy Southwest Harbor's restaurants and shops, or catch the free Island Explorer bus.
