Built in 1896, this is one of the original Natal Midlands farmhouses, made from traditional blue cut stone, yellowwood floorboards and wrap around verandah. The house is surrounded by an established garden and is a truly unique family-friendly home. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms (two en-suite). Experience the peace of the meandering Mooi River, nature, livestock and overlook the quiet bustle of an active farmyard. Unfortunately due to ongoing biosecurity measures access to the dairy and cattle areas will not be allowed. The cottage is self catering, and close to Mooi River town for supplies or takeaways. There is 4km of rough dirt road to access the farm (high clearance vehicles recommended)

The veranda has folding doors that open completely for a 180 degree view of the farm and dam. This is an ideal family unit, or a cozy couples break away.
