Beautiful newly remodeled home centrally located. 3 bedrooms (2 King 1 Queen) and 2 full baths (1 walk in shower w/ grab bars). Carport. Huge and private yard to enjoy! Comfortable living room with big screen TV, couches and lazyboy recliners. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Office desk and chair. Washer and Dryer. 10 Minutes to Universal Studios and just minutes more to International Drive, Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, or Disney. Grocery, liquor, pizza, chinese within a 5 minute walk.

Quiet and clean next to a church on a safe dead-end street. Host lives in main home sharing a living room wall w/ a waterfall noise barrier on the other side. Indoor guest area is entirely private.
