Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

The apartment is located in a privileged area, and close to everything: Lausanne train station (1km), Bellerive beach (1km), Migros store (100m), Milan park and its botanical garden (100m). The apartment has a double bed, and a convertible sofa bed allowing sleeping 2 people separately. A private parking space ( max 4m long ) is available.

Une maison directement au bord du lac les pieds dans l’eau. Vous pourrez surveiller les enfants à la plage depuis votre balcon sans une route à traverser. Un jacuzzi privatif avec une vue directe sur le lac ! Les premières stations de ski sont à 20 minutes. Les départs des circuits de randonnée jusqu’à Bernex ou la dent Doche de l’autre côté de la rue.
