The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Beautiful Centrally Located Cottage in Intercourse

Our home is located in the middle of Pennsylvania Dutch Country, and within walking distance of all the shops in Intercourse including Kitchen Kettle Village, Stoltzfus Meats, and Smucker Village. Intercourse is surrounded by farmlands and in the summer several authentic Amish roadside stands selling fresh produce can be found within a mile from our home. We've been sharing our home with guests for years, and just refreshed the furniture and decor this year to ensure you have a cozy + chic stay.

The apartment is located on the property of the historic Witmer Estate. This 2nd floor apartment (above garage) offers a Smart TV, WIFI, King bed, an suite bath, a spacious living room and kitchen, a small desk area if you plan to work during your stay. The home is located near Amish attractions, Intercourse, Bird in Hand, Strasburg all within a few minutes drive. 20 minutes to Downtown Lancaster. Shopping and the outlets also within 10 minutes drive. Outdoor patio area w picnic table & lights.

You'll be surrounded by breathtaking views of the nearby farmland and the interior has been beautifully decorated in calming, neutral tones. A beautiful space in the Lancaster County countryside. This is a full two-bedroom apartment surrounded by Amish farms. Buggies drive by regularly and you are likely to see the Amish farmers working in the fields that surround the property. The small town of Intercourse, with its charming shops and attractions, is a ten-minute walk away. The world-famous Sight and Sound Theater, along with a host of other attractions and delicious restaurants are all within a fifteen-minute drive.

Vintage guest House

Vintage Guestroom is a King Suite hosted by Mahlon and Jessica Stoltzfus in a private setting next to a working Amish Farm. Your cozy room is furnished with a King-sized Bed, whirlpool bath, walk in shower, sitting area, Gas fireplace, coffeemaker, microwave, and small refrigerator. Located upstairs above the garage, which is not connected to the big house. The setting is in the heart of Amish country on a private street which creates a relaxed atmosphere.

Coachman's Suite - Intercourse, Lancaster PA

The Coachman's Suite is located in the heart of the Village of Intercourse, Lancaster County. It's right across the street from Kitchen Kettle Village , a famous Lancaster County attraction with various shops & eateries. It's also a short 5 min. drive from the town of Bird in Hand, another famous Lancaster County attraction. A short walk, bicycle ride or drive takes you into the surrounding scenic Amish farmland of Lancaster County.

You will get a 'birds eye view'of typical Lancaster Co farms from this peaceful loft. Charming loft apartment

The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions. (please see below for more details on location) We have the cutest pony named Snickers who is accompanied by his two bunny friends. He loves when guests stop by to say hi!😊
