It’s very clean, and AC will freeze you out! Includes a TV, DVD, Bluetooth capable radio with indoor/outdoor speakers, sheets provided. It weighs 4,225lbs dry. No smoking. Camper is not on a site you will have to book your site. This thing has allowed us to create memories at an affordable rate, we’d love to host you!

The toilet is tiny, and the bed is small (the bed is 6’ x 4 1/2’) There are plenty of outdoor sitting areas to relax.
