Our property is located in a quiet courtyard in the southeast of Chiang Mai Old City, featuring four independent teakwood houses about 90 years old. As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. Please note there is no baby cot, According to Thai law, all guests must present a valid passport upon check-in for registration. If you cannot comply, please do not book.

On the first floor, there is a small garden, living room, kitchen and bathroom, and on the second floor is a bedroom with a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a spitt driver and all kitchen utensils and cutlery, and the small garden can be barbecued. Closed to both weekend market. 5 minutes walk for fresh grocery, super mk and street food, and surrounded with a lot of local amenities, from thai massage center, great bars and restaurants, Thai nightlife, 7/11, city tour agent, and a lot of famous temples.
