Private room and bathroom

My husband is gone most of the day and I work from home and I also, have a full time job outside of the home. We have 3 Labrador dogs. One is 3 years old and one is 5 years old the other is 7 years old. Our home is great if you are needing a place for a couple of nights or a few weeks.You are welcome to use the kitchen, as long as you clean up after yourself. Please check the distance to where you are wanting to be at. We have a strict cancellation policy. I am currently, not accepting any dogs.

Feel confident you’ll have a safe, clean and comfortable place to rest. My place is a newer townhouse finished in Oct 2016. I may be about $10 more than a "bed for the night" place but my place is very comfortable and highly reviewed. You’ll have a nice bedroom w/private bathroom in the room. I welcome guests to use the kitchen & dining table. I’m close to public transport and a short 10 minute drive to downtown FoCo/CSU. I also rent the basement of my home which is separate from your space.
