The 800 sq ft apartment includes original Doug Fir flooring, 10 ft high ceilings, pocket doors, claw-foot tub, custom cabinets and cherry island. Make yourself at home in a fully renovated cottage built in 1910. This cottage sits on a steep hill above the original Homestead of Buffalo Bill Cody. Enjoy a beautiful Park directly behind you, full river views in front of you. BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE NOTE: *The cottage is on a steep hill. *You will hear trains. LeClaire is a river & train town. 🚂🌊 *This is a wooded property, There will be sticks, leaves and bugs. 🌿🐞 *There are MANY steps inside and outside, as it's built into a hill.

The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

Space is the upstairs of a duplex. Self check-in. Safe and friendly neighborhood. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Note: Access requires steep stairs, so it may not suit guests with mobility concerns. Friendly owners live downstairs and are happy to assist. The place is close to St. Ambrose, Genesis West, Restaurants, 5 min from Palmer, Downtown and Mississippi Valley Fair grounds, 12 min from Augustana and 14 min from the Vibrant Arena.

Enjoy the outdoors hiking at the Palisades State Park with miles of trails just a short drive away, kayak or fish one of the many rivers or lakes, stroll through downtown for antique and gift shopping, or visit a nearby winery. After a day of adventures, relax in the spa tub or enjoy a glass of wine on the private deck.

Only half a mile away from the loading dock and close by to an Illinois State Park, our cabin allows Guests to enjoy nature in a relaxed setting.

Come and relax by the Rolling Rivers of the Mississippi. Totally remodeled house in 2020. We are located right next to the historical Potters Mill itself. Quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of many attractions, including the beautiful State Park, Butterfly Garden, Bike/walking Trails, Parks, great restaurants and small shops.
