It provides a living area, walk-in closet and bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood two miles north of town. You can easily access the University, restaurants, and entertainment options. Mountain adventures await with local hikes and a full array of mountain activities. Our Manual will provide some recommendations.

A 1930’s home has been updated and feels open, clean, and welcoming. There is a cozy and private patio in the back to enjoy a cold beverage from one of our local breweries or a hot cup of coffee in the morning. Please come enjoy Kittitas County from this comfortable landing spot.

Only a few minutes walk from downtown, CWU and the rodeo grounds the Penthouse offers a full user-friendly kitchen, wonderful walk-in shower and covered 2nd story deck complete with BBQ and outdoor seating. Enjoy a peaceful getaway in our cozy suite or use it as a centrally-located home base for unlimited adventures all over the state! This accessible 600 square foot suite is attached to our home with its own separate private entrance, self check-in via keypad, a small covered patio area and plenty of available parking. Trailer parking also available upon request.
