This private and spacious studio guest house is located next to our residence. Nestled on 5 acres of towering redwood trees and lush huckleberry bushes in the Westhaven neighborhood, it's perfect for the single traveler or couple (but please note it is not suitable for children or those traveling with pets). An ideal base to explore the Redwoods National Forest, nearby Moonstone beach and scenic downtown Trinidad. The newly renovated ponds teeming with colorful koi make this place extra special!

Silver Dream in the Redwoods

Immerse yourself in 6 acres of redwood forest in this 1969 vintage Airstream. It will not disappoint; being beautiful in its original state, it's been finely updated for style and comfort. The Airstream is tucked away in a grove of redwoods next to a seasonal creek on the rugged north coast of California right outside the picturesque village of Trinidad. Hiking, rugged beaches, birding, wildlife viewing and a 30 minute drive to the tallest trees in the world in nearby Redwood National Park!

On the Hammond Coastal Trail, cozy eco-friendly bedroom suite with expanded kitchenette, full bath, private entry, deck, yard, off-street parking. Set back hidden from the road in a bamboo oasis, it’s private and peaceful. Walk or bike to nearby river, beaches, forest. Or hop on the Highway 1/3 mile away. 3.5 miles to Airport, 30 to Redwood National & State Parks. We’ll share walls so you’ll sometimes hear me, though I try to be a considerate neighbor. Your comfort is very important to me!

Having lived on the North Coast for over 40 years we're a great resource to make your stay memorable.

Cocooned by Redwoods, Sitka Spruce and Huckleberries. A ladder leads you to the cozy sleeping loft, where you can gaze at the stars through the two huge skylights. Just down the steps across the OUTDOOR LIVING ROOM, step into the "Shower Grotto", inside an Old Growth Redwood Stump with a Rain Shower.

The Surf Sanctuary retreat is minutes away from remote beaches and redwoods. Please note: Redwood Park is 30 minutes away, not 1 hour. THE HOUSE The cottage sits in a peaceful residential neighbor hood a stones throw from the cliffs of moonstone beach, perfect for those seeking a still, quiet location that is just minutes from the beach including a vigorous hike down from the cottage to the ocean along a public road. A highly intentional space, created to accommodate restoration on a cellular level. Foraged antiques and modern amenities make the Rock Rose Cottage feel both cozy and restoring.

Popeye's Cottage in the Redwoods

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This cozy cottage is nestled on four and a half acres of beautiful second growth redwoods just outside the town of Trinidad. It is a small and simple cottage with three beds and all the necessities needed to cook. The cottage's main heat source is a gas fireplace. WIFI service is available, there is no tv/entertainment center, so bring your laptop if you want to.
