1907 Historic Anderson Farmhouse

Anderson Farmhouse, a Langley original, built by Great Grandpa Anderson in 1907. A complete restoration, back to its original charm & character. This historic home sits on 20+ acres of fields, gardens, & surrounded by forest. The farm also provides land for Langley Community Gardens, chickens, cows, & a field of blooming dahlia's & farm flowers through summer. Step back in time & enjoy this peaceful mini farm experience. We want to continue to improve our community while preserving history.

Mother Goose Cabin

Located just minutes from the Mukilteo ferry and the charming sea town of Langley, our little organic hobby farm nestled beneath old evergreens offers convenient respite. Interact with sassy swan-like sebastopol geese (they love apples!) or a kaleidoscope of 50ish chickens, two roosters and our most recent additions: two brother goats named Frank and Petunia. Groomed trails lead to a 100 acre nature preserve managed by our neighbors The Whidbey Institute that we call the "100 Aker Wood".

The Bit & Bridle Cabin bids you welcome!

The Bit & Bridle Cabin has that out-in-the-country feel, yet it is only minutes from Oak Harbor's town center. This small 17 acres farm provides Donna's horses room to play and live and Stan's Autobody & Paint Shop a place to thrive. Other buildings besides the Cabin and the owners' house are a covered riding arena, Stan Wingate's shop, a "Fowl Manor" and run, and a small family residence. Ten beautiful old apple trees are scattered around. The Cabin is next to one of the apple orchards.

Our family has lived here since the late 1800's, and we just completed a wonderful new guest cottage sitting on the high bank with 180-degree views of Saratoga Passage, Mount Baker, and the North Cascades. With 900 square feet of open living area, a fireplace, full kitchen, washer/dryer, king size bed, high speed internet, 2 TV's, beautiful furnishings and easy access to the beach it's the perfect get-away!

The picturesque town of Langley, WA - 10 minutes away by car - hosts galleries, antique shops, restaurants, grocery store, post office, library, and a classic 250-seat movie theatre dating to the 1930's.

Ours has a full kitchen, queen sized bed, indoor powder room, attached shower room and private deck in a temperate rainforest setting. Free of streetlights to enjoy stargazing. Pets welcome. Located on beautiful south Fidalgo island, you are 7 minutes to Deception Pass bridge, 13 minutes to downtown Anacortes, and 17 minutes to the ferry terminal to the San Juan islands. Curl up with a good book, watch a movie or just relax and enjoy our beautiful view of north Whidbey island and Deception Pass. Our gardens explode in summertime so feel free to wander and pick flowers, fruit or vegetables in season.
