Welcome to this beautiful, designed basement level suite in the historic city of Fairburn. The suite is specially detailed to give a home away atmosphere with a southern twist. Our place is 15 minutes to the airport and 20 mins from Downtown Atlanta. Airbnb is also close proximity to city parks and shopping centers. A very quiet neighborhood with the outdoor patio space, comfortable beds and a great place for couple, solo adventurers, business travelers and visitors needing a comfortable place.

Plenty of privacy & quiet space. Our modern farmhouse styled space is sure to make your stay cozy and enjoyable. Come and relax with plenty of board games to play, your favorite series on Netflix or Prime to watch, or curl up on our outdoor swing bed and read a book. Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. We DO live onsite and may spend time behind the barn in our shops.

A nice, romantic cabin like pool house, two stories, all wooden interior and finished living room, bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful view of woods and pool from deck and balcony. Flat screen, gas fire place, and Pool available but not heated in the winter. The cabin offer place to sleep for 4 people, two in the bedroom with queen size bed and two in de banquets of the living-room. Please respect our rate schedule additional guests after the first 4 are required to pay $25/night per person.

A large screened-in porch (24x16) overlooking the lake invites intimate conversations, fishing and some enjoyable time on the water. Paddle boat or Jon-boat is available (with notice) Tumlin lake is the City water supply so water is clean. No Motorized water-craft allowed on lake. Only sail and paddle craft permitted. The lake is surrounded by private property owners. Come, explore!
