Emu Point Beach Front Cottage is a fully self contained 2 bedroom historic cottage built approx. 80 years ago and fully renovated in 2010. We have been proud owners since 1983! Located across the road from the beach at Emu Point, total relaxation is just a short walk away. Emu Point Beach Front Cottage takes you back the good old days of beach living.

Marine at Middleton - original beach cottage

Marine Cottage is a light filled weatherboard cottage - one of the few remaining original holiday cottages in Middleton Beach. For those who like things vintage - a little older rather than shiny & new, for those who like to muse on where things might have come from or who owned them in their previous life, then 'Marine' is your place. Decorated with rustic wares, the cottage has that aura of calm that only old dwellings have. Unfortunately the cottage is not suitable for children.

Emu Beach Chalets offer 3 Star self contained accommodation suitable for families and couples. We are proudly pet friendly and welcome VIPs (Very Important Pets ). Please be aware that if you are bringing pets, you will need to contact the office to arrange payment. The price quoted by Airbnb does not include pet fees. Pets are charged at $25 per night for one pet and $45 per night for 2 or more pets. You will need to supply valid credit/debit card details to confirm your pets stay.

Return home from walking the boardwalk to your apartment which has all you need for the complete beachside getaway.

API Middleton Beach Front Apartment - Unit 6

Holiday in one of 6 self-contained two-bedroom units for you to enjoy. Each unit sleeps four adults (one queen room, two single beds), with casual bedding available for an additional two (child) guests for an extra charge. Please make sure you book for the correct number of guests both Adults and Children. If we need to send out the caretaker to provide extra linen, charges may apply.

Beach Retreat

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, spacious holiday villa by the beach. Listen to the waves from the front door or take the path and walk the 2 minutes to the beach. There is a bike path that leads one way to Middleton Beach and the other way to Emu Point. Albany Golf Club is also a short walk and non members are welcome.
