The Guest House

The Guest House is a primitive cottage and resides on 400 acres outside of Barnesville, Georgia. Bunn Ranch is a working cattle and sheep farm. This space is a two story primitive cottage with primitive artwork and a claw foot tub. Sit in your choice of antique rockers that have been collected over the years. The floors and stairs were salvaged from an old home that was here on the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and close to town, come enjoy some time for YOU! We will consider STR students.

1811 Cottage at Sunflower Farm

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!

The Barn Loft

Come stay on our little farm in a unique, beautifully decorated, quaint barn loft. Experience a little bit of farm life during your stay. Enjoy being surrounded by nature, farm animals, and stunning country side, all while still being close to food and fun. Soak in a vintage tub, sit by the fire pit, relax and enjoy the view from your private balcony. A 15 minute drive gives you access to great restaurants, boutiques, a charming underground bookstore, a local brewery, and so much more.

Alpaca Treehouse in the Bamboo Forest

Celebrated on Netflix’s “Worlds Most Amazing Vacation Rentals” & “Love is Blind," we are a working rescue farm. Watch llamas and alpacas wander; hear roosters crow, from 15 up, in Atlanta. You will be living in the middle of the animals, in the bamboo, in the treehouse. We book film, weddings, photography for SPECIAL RATES. Check out our beautiful Cottages too, on airbnb. 10 minutes from downtown Covington and 35 minutes from the east side of Atlanta. Enjoy a peaceful, unique experience in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of outdoor space and resident chickens. This 1 bed/1 bath features a kitchenette and shower/tub combo. Wifi and Roku included. The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them). Pets welcome, no cleaning fees or pet fees!
