Welcome to our charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom basement retreat nestled in the heart of picturesque Bountiful, Utah. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, our cozy space offers the perfect home away from home. Get the best of both worlds by staying in a peaceful neighborhood that is a quick drive from the airport and to many local attractions and restaurants. Whatever your adventure (mountains, night out in downtown Salt Lake, shopping, restaurants, etc.) we are close to it all.

Spacious 1 bedroom mountainside retreat.

Bring the whole family to this great mother-in-law with over 1800sq of living space. Enjoy a movie on the big screen, a game of pool or relax in the private hot tub overlooking the Salt Lake valley. Located between the canyons, its less than a 25 min drive to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton or Solitude ski resorts. There are hiking trails right across the street and Golden Hills Park within walking distance. Visit Utah's Hogle Zoo, Park City or historic Temple Square, all just a short car ride away.

The Millstream Chalet

Come relax at our unique little wooden house; an oasis right in the city. The Millstream Chalet is situated directly on a creek that comes fresh from the mountains. Sip your coffee on the front porch while you take in the sounds of nature, enjoy a view of the falls from the dining table, and sleep late up in the cozy loft. From the front door you are roughly 30 minutes away from 6 major ski resorts, numberless mountain hikes, and 15 minutes from the bustle of downtown. Come and enjoy!

This upstairs apartment near downtown is walking distance to U of U and 9th & 9th restaurants and light-rail stops. 2 bedrooms, washer/dryer combo, kitchen, 1 bathroom and a large outdoor deck / outdoor patio furniture. Family lives in main floor so not a party house, but great place for up to 4 to stay and relax. Bedroom one has a Queen & twin. Bedroom 2 bed is full size. Some rooms have pitched ceilings that are a bit short in some places. Street parking only. No kids / pets.

Private Entry Basement w/ Kitchenette & Hot Tub

This is a private entry finished basement with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living room. A shared (with host only)patio, hot tub and laundry room. Enjoy the convenience of being close to multiple shops, stores and food in the heart of Herriman with quick access to Mountain View Village. Also close to numerous trails for walking, hiking, biking and running! No Smoking Allowed anywhere on the property! No Smokers as the residue still ends up in our home.

The Wonky Staircase

Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located place. Lovely 600 sq ft studio in my backyard. Spacious for 2 people, comfortable for 4, & hot spot for a group on a budget. Unique open loft style. With quite a wonky staircase. Upstairs in the loft there is a Queen bed and a twin daybed/couch. There is also clothing storage. Downstairs there’s a full sized futon/couch. Private bathroom and shower. Kitchenette with basic amenities. (No grill or oven).
